I wish I had these insights twenty years ago. The chapter on The Executive Presence Advantage was specially helpful for me. Having both Howard's male view and Joelle's female view gives a multi-perspective that is interesting and important to understand. The Awareness Advantage will encourage everyone to keep moving the needle to 50/50 leadership.
